Navarro W. Gray

Navarro W. Gray attorney at law was born and raised in Hackensack, New Jersey. Mr. Gray earned his Bachelors of Science degree in marketing from Hampton University graduating Cum Laude with honors. He was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society, Alpha Kappa Mu Honor Society, and Sigma Beta Delta Business Honor Society. Navarro earned his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law where he was the vice president of the sports and entertainment law society, recipient of the Public Justice Foundation scholarship, and active member of both the Black Law Students Association and Latin American Law Students Association. During law school he interned for the Essex County Prosecutor's Office, Bergen County Prosecutor's Office, United States Attorney's Office, and the Honorable Susan D. Wigenton, United States District Court Judge.

Upon graduation Navarro was employed in the business and legal affairs department of a subsidiary of Virgin Records located in Atlanta, Georgia. Thereafter, he successfully completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Edward V. Torack, J.S.C. (retired) in the Family Division of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey, Bergen County. In 2008, Navarro was employed as an associate attorney at the Law Firm of DiLorenzo & Rush gaining approximately three years of litigation experience in criminal, civil and chancery matters.

Currently, Mr. Gray practices civil, municipal, criminal, and matrimonial/family law. He also represents clients in all aspects of entertainment law including copyright/trademark registration, and the drafting/negotiation of licensing, publishing, production and recording contracts. Navarro is also proficient in Spanish, and is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association, and Barry Croland Family Inns of Court.
